Continues to call

I got a call from this number today.. she said her name was Ana and she was from vonage and that since i am a very good customer ( and i have taken vonage only for a month!!) i am entitled for a FREE adapter to a second line which will be shipped to my folks ABROAD so they can call me from that!!!! Inorder to do that, she needs my VONAGE PIN number! I said NO. She tried explaining again and I said I cannot give my PIN, and I am not interested in this offer and if I need it, I will contact Vonage myself, and she hung up before I even completed my sentence.

This is FRAUD. dont you all think?

Repeated Calls...never leave message

This is stupid.

Vonage, if you're reading: I gave up my account. Not because I had a problem with Vonage, I merely didn't require a land line anymore. I was happy with Vonage, and told myself that if I needed a land line again sometime in the future, Vonage was probably the way I'd go.

Well, not anymore. You just couldn't leave it alone, right? This is now the fourth or fifth time you've called, and you've (briefly) pissed me off, such that if I ever need a land line again in the future, I'll be going with Verizon or Comcast or the damned Dumont Network or anyone not Vonage. 'K? Nice move there, Ace.....
