Man calls with thick accent telling me I've won a $400 gift card to walmart! Listened for a little while but did not devulge any info!

Please, if you can do something to prevent this number from calling my phone, repeatiously;
DO IT ! !

The ringing of the phone is harassing even though I have learned NOT to answer this caller.
I have caller I.D. which givs me a measure of protection.

THE CALLS MUST BE STOPPED !

Caller: CAn't tell the name since I do not answer the phone from this number.

I have had this number call my phone multiple times. The same man calls me, but changes his name each time
For Example, He has been:

Michael Morales from Walmart, offering me a 500 Gift Card.

Gary Wallace from Microsoft, telling me my computer has a virus and that I need to log-on right away!

Nelson Smith from some computer company, again with the virus...

And the best one yet....

Gene with the Better Business Bureau, telling me that he understands that I've been having some calls that are trying to scam me.

I really want these calls to stop.

I've called him out on all of his aliases and tell him to remove my number from the list, and he goes "Ok Ok sure", and then hangs up on me... then a couple weeks later he calls again as someone else...
