An "Officer Max Taylor" has been calling one of my employees for weeks, leaving messages on my voicemail stating I would be arrested if I didn't pass long the message, my employee would be arrested, etc...I called several numbers several times & when I finally spoke with someone (not "Off. Taylor"), the person was nice & stated he would remove my number as a contact. A few minutes later, "Off. Taylor" called & I told him I had just spoken with someone & my number is to be removed. He began to threaten me & hung up. I am an HR Dir. for a collection agency, and know this is NOT the correct/legal/acceptable way to handle a call (I have terminated people for much, much less), so I called back to speak with a supervisor. This same person answered the phone & began cursing, calling me names, making sexual and other completely inappropriate statements, and everytime I asked for a supervisor he responded with "blowjob" - Today, I am contacting the BBB, as well as the national trade organization & the attorney general. Our calls are monitored & recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.

Person states that I have taken out loan which I have not. When I pressed him for information, he kept hanging up on me. He called me at work, and he told them that I had a legal problem. I work at a hospital so that is a problem. He also told me that I will be arrested. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and two credit report agencies. I am filing a report with the police tomorrow. I like the whistle idea. I might try that too.

Recd call stating the company was ACS and to call them back immediately. the person said he was Steve Davis (really?) who had a mid eastern accent. I have had other calls from different numbers over the past year. They seem to call then stop and start up again w/in a few months. The phone numbers have originated from California, Florida and New York. This is a scam. All this is because I apparently put in for a pay day loan years ago and they somehow hacked into the loan company. The loan company has done nothing to put a stop to this. I don't pick up the phone when they call because it during the day and they leave a message. The next time I get a phone call I will blow the whistle I just bought and deafen the bastard! The attorney general of my state did nothing so I have to. If I have to deafen the assholes I will!

I've had the same officer call me saying the same thing abuut filing a lawsuit. They are scam artiists. They only have the last four numbers of your ss#. I talked with a legit collection company and THEY TOLD ME THAT IF YOU OWE MONEY, ETC., TO A PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY IT IS A CIVIL MATTER AND THEY DO NOT ISSUE WARRANTS ON CIVIL MATTERS. When these people call you just tell them you've had s many of these calls that you've had the police put a tracer on your phone so they can find out who it is. These people will hange up really fast.

officer Brian Smith(with a middle eastern accent) called me this week and stated on an answering machine my SSN, state in which my drivers license was issued and stated that if I did not call his office within 48hrs I would be arrested at my job. I beleive this is a caller from a company called USAfinancial they keep leaving message on my phone stating that I have been approved for a payday loan from their company. I have never spoken to anyone at this company and am not sure where they obtained my information from. They need to be stopped this is aggrevating.

An person claiming to be an Officer Ralph Taylor called my job, telling the operator that this was a legal matter and if I didn't call them back in 1-2 days I would be arrested. They have been calling me for over two months, with threats that I owe a payday loan and if I don't settle up with them right now, I will have legal problems. I would like to find out who this company in and if possible get them stopped, by sueing if necessary. It is very annoying and I don't appreciate them calling my job with this.
