Were trying to sell Home Security system. Told them I'm on Do Not Call List. Haven't heard from them again

Was told I was part of 10 households that were randomly selected for a free GE security system to be set up in our home. The woman I was speaking with I had trouble understand I kept interrupting her script to ask her questions. She got her "supervisor" on the phone to read me the same script. I asked him what was his name and told him to add me to thier do not call list, he said they do not have one and hung up. Called me back about 45 mins. later.Caller GE they do not have a security system.
