Vm states: I didn't pick up the phone but a man left a voicemail "this message is in regards to important changes being made to your account. We've attempted to send certified documents to your web-business(?)... but have failed to receive your signature, we request that you or your legal representative contact our office immediately upon receiving this message. The phone number to contact us is 978-856-8289. This has become a time-sensitive matter." The ellipses indicate that I couldn't understand the two or three words he mumbled in here.
