Received a call from this number June 16 2014 at 7:05pm. Caller ID said Hammond LA 985-486-0482. Male with Indian accent and sometimes hard to understand, said he was from Microsoft and noticed a lot of errors and Malware on my computer. Wanted access to my computer to remove errors and Malware for a fee. When I asked for his name, that made him uneasy and that ended the call, Had seen about this exact SCAM on tv in the last week and a half.

Scammer with heavy Indian accent trying to pass himself off as a Windows Tech Support. Wanting me to go on my PC. I played along for a few mins before hanging up. Scammer was rude, arrogant and not a good actor...

Man called today, June 12th. Identified himself as On-line Technical support for Microsoft. Said that I have a Windows operating system that is throwing many errors. He stated that he needed to access my computer. I took call back number 1-855-384-9273 which is constant busy. I contacted Microsoft and they said that they never call customers for this. It is a scam. I wish the F.B.I. or someone could actually arrest these scumbags.

WITH A HEAVY INDIAN ACCENT THIS PERSON CALLED TRYING TO SELL ME SOME COMPUTER RELATED PROGRAM WHICH WILL ACCESS MY COMPUTER SO HE CAN REMOVE MALWARE REMOTELY THAT IS INSTALLED ON MY COMPUTER. HE STATED THEY HAVE BEEN TRACKING MY COMPUTER ON THE INTERNET AND KNEW MY COMPUTER WAS INFECTED AND WAS ALSO INFECTING OTHER COMPUTERS AS WELL. I TOLD HIM HE DIDN"T NO WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT, THAT I SURFED THE INTERNET ANONYMOUSLY, AND THAT I UTILIZED ALL THE NECESSARY SOFTWARE SAFEGUARDS. I TOLD HIM HE WAS TRYING TO PULL A SCAM ON ME. HE IMMEDIATELY GOT MAD AND ITTITATED, AND WOULD NOT LISTEN TO REASON. I ASKED HIM TO CALM DOWN OR I WOULD HANG UP. HE CONTINUED WITH HIS TIRADE, SO I HUNG UP ON HIM. LUCKILY, HE DID NOT CALL BACK.

Heavily accented Indian male calling about corrupt files on my pc. Wanted to access my pc. Told him no, then he got belligerent and hung up on me.
