Illegal phishing robocall about a civil complaint against "name unintelligable" and that they've been retained to represent the plaintiff. They threaten legal action unless you call them before they serve papers. Been getting this call about twice a year for the last few years.

No one in this household has been in any legal trouble, and when a friend of ours got the same call last year, he called back to tell them to stop calling, and they asked for his ss# to "make sure he wasn't in their system".

How gullible to these scumbags think we are? If you get a call from this number threatening you, report it please, not just here but to the FBI, FCC, and your state's AG Office. It may not stop them, but at least it will get the word out.
