I'm being bombarded with empty calls from my area code (202), but not my exchange, so i have no way to block them other than one-by-one. Recently i am getting at least 3 a day, all from different numbers in 202. When i answer there is no one on the line. Sometimes a brief, empty voicemail is left.

Wanted me to complete a survey about 14th amendment.

Unknown caller who left a message in an oriental language that I don't know.
