Market research

I received a call today from a man identifying himself as Robert Sykes as well. I didn't trust the call and am still trying to verify if he does, in fact, work for SSA. However, when I applied for my SS, I did receive an e-mail stating that they would either reply back to me via phone call of e-mail. Don't know what to believe about this call. Anyone with additional info, please respond. Thank you.

He's from off a chatline with mental issues. That's carries bodies for a living.

Mr. Sykes does apparently work for the Social Security Administration. His phone number has changed: 215-597-2432. I heard from him after I applied for retirement benefits. The number he calls out from reads "General Service" on caller ID. It's not his direct line.
