Telemarketing call; foreign voice says was calling on behalf of Allstate Insurance to offer lower insurance rates; call was from a very loud call center. Many other "agents" speaking in the background.

Quacked like a duck then hung up

Returned call noise in back ground, no one answered hung up.

Called back and asked to stay on the line to talk to one of their officers.

Call is actually a recording of an individual pretending to adjust their bluetooth settings saying repeatedly "hold on, adjusting my Bluetooth" and the disconnects. Call's sole purpose is to verify good/active phone numbers. Reporting as scam.

Oh no, someone bought a ka-zillion dollars worth of stuff on my "Amazon" account, says robot man. Call this number if I didn't buy a ka-zillion $ things! Then the nice (not) Amazon person will steal my ID and credit card numbers etc.. Because THIS IS A SCAM. PS: I don't have an Amazon account. Idiots. Blocked.
