No known nexus with Milwaukee Wisconsin to answer this random call to a number that has been on the Do Not Call since its inception under President Bush.

The number showed up as Kohl's, calling about a missed payment on my account. The person was very insistent that I agree to setting up the payment during this call but since I didn't know for sure that they were real and not fraud, I wasn't prepared to do it. I think it was probably a real call as I also contacted Kohl's customer service after receiving 2 more calls (and an email) about this missed payment. I think this is almost harassment, especially as I received 2 calls and the email after I had already set up the necessary payment.
