An Indian sounding woman schematically asked for my security code to steal my account information. Her name apparently was a fake one I found in my computer game after I hung up. The company needs a ethic test before they hire it's tech support. This is my 4th and 5th it did everytime I call for help.

they got my father for 220.99 and 153.50 saying that they were giving him a discount for being a senior

So irritating! They call and expect me to interact with a robot to reach a person. Not no, but HELL no! I don't engage with robots that call me.
