Starts voice mail or call with swearing at me and talks about fornicating with my female relatives and that I should call him back and calls every few mins and leaves countless voice mails when call are blocked, and asks why I’m not calling back.

Call is not your new, but a previous owner for my number. They will not except my explanation for this. So they robocall me multiple times a week.
Been having these calls almost every day at different times. I don't know anyone in Saskatchewan Nobody speeks than hangs up. Just blocked them.
