Call back number does not exist scam

This is just one of many numbers they call from.

Called four to five times a day.

They call every day except on Sundays.

PRA Group trying to collect 20 year old debts.

In the past two weeks this number began calling me multiple times per day. I am already on the national do not call registry, so I don't think it's a telemarketer. I think it's spam/fraud that won't stop.
