Said since I ignored all their communications they were removing the 50% discount on my account, and to call the number showing on my caller ID to get it back.

Except I wasn't getting a 50% discount on my account. Scam!

Man with a strong accent stated he was calling from my electric company. I asked him what was the name of my electic company. He didn't know. I hung up.

I could hear in the background, what sounded like a "boiler room" with other people making calls.

Continual calls. Not calling from number on phone. Fraud
