Text message stating I'm part of a class action, and it gives a figure of about $29,000 would be my portion of the disbursement and then it has a link in the text to click on. The text has no mention as to what the claim is about. Nor does it give a name of who the message is sent from. I have not taken part of any class action suit.

Claims to be doing a survey for Alabama Electric customers. We are not their customers. No time for a so called survey.

Listed as a cellphone in Prattville, AL. Reporting it because the call came just after 6:30 AM. I don't knoe anyone with that number, never heard of the town, and no one should be calling at that time.
