Trying to sell auto insurance

I didn't answer the call but it shows as being from Weymouth, MA.

Regarding my Federal Student loans and recent changes. Said my code was 62462. I have no loans.

He supposedly left a message about future legal action, but the person does not identify himself, does not say which company or institution he is calling and does not mention the name of the person to whom the message is addressed.

I got 2 calls, first one a male with indian accent saying he was from a (Govt. Office), he hung up. Ten min, later a female called saying I was to receive a $5000.00 dollar Govt. Grant, I said I was with a Govt. Agency, and she too hung up.
