Pretends to be a financial company

Call control bypassed

My phone provider told me on call display it is a survey. Did not answer, no message left.

Unknown number that never leaves message, so after multiple calls I would block it anyway. However, in addition to that, it's from Manitoba, where I don't know anyone, and presume any calls from there to be from scammers.
