Got a message from this number on my phone. It says, A total of $464 has been processed and is now ready. I have no idea who it's from or what it means.

Same as all the fake "mortgage assistance center" calls I get continually

I am familiar with this scam when
people are "hurting" and need a quick loan! They call you back and request your online access information - ie your user name and password, then get into your account making dispute claims on various charges in order to make it appear that your account, after your bank refunds those disputed charges while they investigate the claims, then ask you to send them some money so you can get the loan. But you will NEVER receive it, but you are out the money you sent. Don't fall for this!

Reports have been made by users in 2 states (FLORIDA & MARYLAND). Odd this Business Line Rests Comfortably IN COVINGTON, GEORGIA ---huh?
