Recorded message tells me my wages will be garnished if my debt is not paid off by the end of the month, but the good news is that they have payment plans to help me.

Recorded message just says "To accept, press 1." This is a known scam, hoping we'll be curious and press 1 to find out more. There's no way to know what you're accepting.
