They are attempting to obtain my credit card information inorder for me to refinance my credit card debt.

recorded call solicits claims to lower credit card interest rate. Started with pre-recorded message then provided a prompt to talk with live person who abruptly hung up when I told them I had no credit card debt. I intended to advise them not to call, but they hung up before I had a chance.

Caller offered "home security". No details we offered, but caller stated that my home and family would be "vulnerable" if i did not give him money.

I was told the company, Credit Card Services could lower the interest rates on all of my credit cards. Whey I began to ask questions concerning what cards, the woman hung up the phone on me.
