Seemed to know my name. She was clear as mud with India sounding speech. Refused to answer what call was about. She hung up when she realized I wasn’t messing around. Scam.

Calling under false pretenses, ID shows up as a dr.benjamin goldberg, however it is a collection agency, using shady practices in hopes people would pick up a call thats listed as a DR.
I'd venture to state its a form of fraud.
Misrepresenting who is calling, to illicite more pick ups thinking ppl might have medical issues a DR. Is trying to get ahold of you for.
