Claims (in broken English) to have intercepted a package with illegal contents, and if I don't contact them at 606-506-0517, they'll issues an arrest warrant for me. I am never identified as the intended recipient. Definitely a SCAM.

The agent asked me to verify my name.
I said, "yes, you tell me what name you have and I will verify it with you".
The agent disconnected the call.
This happened twice within A half an hour, but from a different number.
