Definitely a spoofed phone number. Never leaves a message. These scammers can call up to 3 times a day. They called a lot back in February now they're calling back again. My phone detection app keeping blocking but they keep calling. They also use 801-876-7831, 801-614-7861 and 801-217-9693, 801-509-5228, 801-783-5968 and now 801-783-2310
