I live in California . Caller is from Oregon. Didn't leave a message. When I called back the voicemail said "circuit is busy".

Received a text stating I won $14000 from Verizon to support pandemic relief and in order to claim the prize I needed to text YES to another number 702-745-3509

Said he was real, not a scam and was calling on behalf of publishers clearing house.
