Robocall. Recorded message selling fake Insurance. No company name given.

I don't know who I hate more, these godamn Spammers with their 'Signa Blue Cross Etna United' or Verizon for not letting me block more then 5 phone numbers. These spammers go through NUMEROUS different numbers and assault my voicemail on daily basis.
Does anyone know if AT&T allows you to block more than 5 numbers? I really hate Verizon for doing this.

Called 3 times with this number and 2 others. Did not answer because of the 205 area code.Attempted to call back,they hung up immediately without a ringtone.
