How can you text this number ? And why would this number phone in the middle of the night ?

Scammer! Don’t even answer it!

Not a scam, called the 1800# on my voip line, didn't give any personal details except my name and number they TXT'd. Just checked verizon site 2 days later, and there is $25 starting next month, and a 1 time $25 credit for this month. It'd be nice if verizon didn't make this look so scammy.

Called my cell phone on Jan 17, 2023. Recording said for me to call this number related to my cell phone. Gave a reference number which was my phone number. I did not return their call.

If everyone who is receiving this call or text has a Verizon account, go find someone else for cell service. They obviously got your information from Verizon. Which doesn't surprise me.

800.922.0204 text with a number showing 900070001137 the message is as follows:

Verizon Msg: (my first name), great news! As a valued customer, you’re eligible for an exclusive loyalty discount of 25$/mo. Off of your current unlimited plan( no change is required) just call 800.922.0204 today to get this limited-time offer.

The 800.922.0204 is spoofed to make you believe that your actually calling Verizon when in reality you’re calling 900070001137

Do not reply or call this number, call Verizon themselves if you have any questions about the legitimacy receiving a text like this.. let’s not make it easy for them scammers! Be smart. When it doubt call the number you have on record not what’s being provided.

The number at the top of my text message was 900070003741. Not sure if its real or not but after reading all the responses I will not be calling.
