called a (backup/seldom used) cell phone (on DNC list, too) 15 times in a row over a 45 minute period

telephone harassers!!!!! some scam about visiting a partner and getting a reward card for having done so----this number called is NOT out anywhere----means VERIZON IS SELLING NUMBERS, which also ought to be stopped......
