John calls wanting to sell a trip, I guess. Even though number on Do Not Call Registry for years. I informed to put on their do not call list.

The recorded message threatens the call recipient that local law enforcement has issued an arrest warrant. Furthermore the recorded voice says to turn yourself in by calling this number. Threatens of possibly surrendering any legal rights when locating you at work, while driving, or at your residence. Don't call back! They will try to blackmail the individual.
