Got a call from this number today at10:30 AM. Did not answer, they left no message. Looked them up online, and after reading the reviews here called them back. Recieved the same strange "fast busy signal" about three seconds then a dail tone, but the call was still connected. Hope they don't make a habit of calling.

I received a phone call on my cell @ 10:35AM from this number, answered it and there was nothing but dead air for a few seconds then caller either hung up or was disconnected. When I called back I heard three quick busy signals then call ended.

I just get nothing! When phone back it's busy signal. Why do they keep callling. I don't even recognize the phone number and I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

I keep getting calls and when I try to call back just a busy signal then hangs up we need to stop this now! Who agrees??

I've had reports of Collection Agencies using this tack. They will not tell you this on this call, it is used to verify that it is a phone number of some one they are looking for

My husband and I have been receiving calls at least 4x a day from 202-480-5620 but they don't say anything and it goes to a unusual sounding busy signal. When I tried to call it back it directly goes to that unusual sounding busy signal. This is quite annoying; especially getting calls numerous times a day. We don't have the option to block this number. Now you tell me how telemarketing if in fact this is what this number is; how they are getting cell numbers. Nothing is private in this world!
