I have T-Mobile And I also get this call all the time. Plus as well from other numbers like 1-571-261-0047. Its annoying

I also tried calling it back but it's not your typical busy signal, it means something else. Whatever - you can't get through and I can't block them on my cell - seriously annoying.

I just found out that T-Mobile sell your phone number . They charge this companies 1.00 to 3.00 per line month. They also sell your email.

this call comes to our cell and land line phone number. When we answer it hangs up. when we call back there is a moment of connection and then cuts on disconnection.

I get that same exact call as everyone else..... I have a theory but could be wrong. I have Tmobile and I had recently called them about my bill. Funny thing is, at the end of the call the lady asks me if I want to add a new thing to my plan that stops unwanted phone calls. So personally I think its a scam so that you add that thing to your plan and pay the company more money. Does anyone else with this problem have Tmobile??
