Political number called and they play this music and did not leave a message on the answering machine.

Calls same time every weekday, leaves no message. From other comments on this site, is junk call in violation of my "donotcall".
Political call for a law to reduce tax penalties on health care for businesses and medicare. Refuse to stop calling daily. Pure harassment at this point.
