Good Grief! I cannot believe that they have the nerve to set up calls like this! Total SCAM! and at the end of the recording she says so rudely "You take care!" yes, Heather Gray was the name.

Can't understand very well voice is mumbled and is a foreign speaking person claiming to be from IRS. When you call number back it says Verizon wireless.
