The actual number that was identified on my cellular caller ID was "009" - a three digit number - in which an automated voice indicated that my debit card had been locked to that i should press "1" to unlock my card. I was transferred to their alleged fraud department at which time i was asked to put in my 16 digit card number. If you had my information, then you wouldn't need to ask for my card number, only identifying info like date of birth or address. Wreaked of a scam so I hung up!!!

Got robocall from this #, followed prompts, hit 1, nothing happened, hit 1 again, nothing, hung up.

Called at 2:09. I have servicemember in the family so I answered it thinking it was something horrible. I think I pressed the #1. Now this morning it's out of order. Oh dear...what should I do now?

well i was not happy to received this voice mail call at 1:10am after i was asleep. it said my account was locked and to press 1 to unlock it. this didnt make any sense to me. it was just a junk call as my mother would say and i got up to research it on here. thanks everyone for the comments ill not answer the phone to this number ever!

Had the same call as everyone else, mine said my credit card had been blocked and to press 1 to have it unblocked.

When you get calls like this file a COMPLAINT REPORT on DONOTCALL.GOV. It only takes a minute and they can use the information to go after the people who are doing this.

Had a call from this number at 9:29pm on 5/4/11. Same as everyone else reporting it on here as an automated message told me my Mastercard account had been blocked and to press 1 to unblock it. Like an idiot I pressed 1 and the message repeated itself, I hung up.

Called this afternoon, but I didn't recognize the number so waited for a message to be left. One never was, so I researched the phone number and found complaints here and on another website. So grateful; will avoid answering this number from now on. Thanks, everyone.

Called me at 4:40 am. Saying my credit card was locked and to press 1. Half asleep so I did. Then the voice repeated the same thing so I disconnected.

They called my house at 1:10am. Woke me up out of a sound sleep. Not Happy!!! Not to mention it was a recording. When you call this number back a recording comes on saying this Number is not in service.

Call was received on home number at 3:00 am est. I happened to be at my elderly mothers house and answered phone. Thought someone had an accident or emergency. Very scarey at that hour!!
A recording stating that my Souvern Bank debit card account had been frozen and to hit #1 for more information. Had my mom been alone she would have done it and been scared or identity theft. I knew it had to be a scam and while speaking with other neighbors on my street the next day, Easter btw! I found out they had also received same recording.
