This is a scam to try and get your credit card info. The caller ID number is a ghost number not really the number they are calling from. There is currently no way to stop these calls or identify the callers true number. You can call your service provider and have the number blocked but it's useless as the caller uses a new ghost number every few days. Just hang up, bite the bullet, and move on. This particular # is from a block of numbers assigned to Verizon in Seattle, Washington. If you want to call and harass them them their number is 206-525-0697 it won't do any good but if they get harassed enough maybe they will try to do something about it. Their hours are 10:00 am - 9:00 pm.
