Called and a robo recording. Tells you about a promotion trip to Florida that you qualify for .... If you answer a few questions. Like do you have a credit card. I hung up.
Keeps calling, about 1-2 times a day, every day. Nobody on line, then disconnects.
When # is called back, recording comes on stating number has been disconnected. Vorizon is referenced as the company responsible.
Received a call from 210.6278613. It seems to be a verizon prepaid phone. The caller tried to gather credit card information. I did not give them my information; however, I did call Verizon Customer Service, Verizon Prepaid Customer Service and Verizon Wireless Fraud Department. First of all, Verizon did NOTHING. I tried to reach a Verizon Customer Fraud Manager that might actaully care, however, such a person does not exist. The only advice that Verizon could give me was to start new service with them. My question: Why in the world would I want service from such a poor provider. The Verizon Reps that did NOTING but sit on there hands were the following: A woman by the name of Najuan - ID# 7050195 (pretty sure she is not in the states), Andian (she sits at a desk in the fraud department using other peoples oxygen- she is useless) and the fraud department manager Patrick (who was afraid to give me his ID#. He’s not a manager. Andian thought she put me on mute and I heard her tell another rep to handle my call and pretend that they were the manager). In short, protect yourselves from these predators and DON'T SIGN UP WITH VERIZON, THEY WILL OFFER YOU NO PROTECTION
Called, hung up as soon as I prefaced the call with a "this line is recorded" boilerplate.
Nothing but a scam to get your information something about a cruise
