Called my husband's CELL PHONE. I answered, it was a recorded message about "Your credit card" and getting a better APR, "Press 1 now!" of course I pressed 1 to find out how these spammers got our number. When a man picked up the line "How can I help you?" I said, "Who is this and how did you get my number?" and the man says, "Melissa? Is that you?" MY NAME IS NOT MELISSA! I said no, who the heck is this? and he says, "Fine, F*** you then, B***!" Wow, that is some FINE customer service this company has here! WOW! Please people, someone get these losers out of business.

They tell you to press the number one (keypad #1) to lower your interest. Funny Thing... I have no interest issues. They do not provided a name or telephone number to contact them. BE CAREFUL - DO NOT PRESS No. 1.
