Got a call from 213-623-9999 this AM as a follow-up to the call from a different number yesterday. This clown claimed I had won $2.5M from Price Waterhouse Cooper and all I needed to do was pay a $599 registration fee. He wanted me to go to the Western Union office and get a check but when I said I didn't know where the office was he said he would look up the address for me. Yesterday he agreed to deliver the check to my house when I said I would have the $599 in cash. However this AM he changed his tune. He also wanted to get an email address for me so he could send me some documents proving he was legitimate. I'm thinking that email would have included a phishing scam. I had to hand up on him after he kept telling me it wasn't a scam but on the call I kept hearing a rooster crowing in the background! I guess Price Waterhouse is now going for that "done on the farm" feel. :-)

Just got a phone call from this number and they were calling about a Windows account for a computer. I said we don't even have a computer in the house and to stop calling. He said no and would not give me his name. I repeatedly told him to stop calling and he kept saying no. I told him I was going to report this number . Looks like a scam of some sort.

Just got a call from this number and they wanted to confirm my Gmail account name . I told him that was not my account and then try to call them back after they hang up on me . After minutes of ringing the phone the same voice that called me finally answered and told me he didn't know what I was talking about . I told him what the call was about and it sounded like his voice that made the call. But he said it was not him . I got no names. This is all very suspicious.
