I'm on the national do-not-call list, which one would think includes texts. Called back and got Verizon message that this is not an active number. Saw on another website is a number in/near Duluth, MN. Blocked number; deleted texts; reported to FTC and FCC as well as texted to 7726 to report to Verizon.
Same exact text I got too just now July 07 2018. Definitely a scam. I will also report to FTC and FCC.
