Help stop these robo calls! We have just setup a page on Facebook to help centralize information and reports. Look for No-Robo Callz and you will begin to find out more information on how to fight this plague. The same source is doing the robo calls for both the "medical alert systems" and the "Rachel credit card services. Let's stop this at the source! We already know the do not call registry is a joke and the FTC does nothing to stop this!

Why can't the federal government make the phone companies protect the numbers they aren't using so that they are not cloned by these scammers. This was a Verizon phone number and Verizon should take some responsibility. If money, guns or gold was being stolen and used against citizens, you bet the government would step in and do something about it. Why can't they make Verizon and these other phone companies protect their "merchandise" from theft? These scammers are using phone numbers owned by Verizon against some of Verizon's own customers. There should be a class action suit filed against these phone companies for negligence .... then maybe they will take some action to protect their "property."
