Call is coming from Michigan but says "NJ Delivery" which is the state I live in. When I answer the hang up. My guess is it is a spam or telemarketer because when I called back a message came up immediately that said "No one is available to take your call, press 1 to be removed from our list"

Calls constantly. I blocked it on Verizon but they still call and hang up. I called back 3 days ago and the message said no one is available and press 1 to be removed from their list. It never happened.
