FAKE CALLER CALLED 14 TIMES TODAY OVER AND OVER 1ST 2 CALLS CAME FROM THIS # THEN 12 MORE FROM A PRIVATE NUMBER. DO NOT ANSWER They say u won something from the GOV. I was able to get this out of them on like the 4th call after asking what this was about over and over and the person they are looking for is not home

It was hard to tell because it was either a Magic Jack number or a criminal by the name of Stephen Sylvester, according to 800notes.com

Says from Publishers Clearing House. Says won millions, but have to pay fees to receive it. Won't take no for an answer. Has called hundreds of times within a couple weeks time. Still continuing since before Thanksgiving.

This same guy calls me about 30 to 40 times a day, says he is from Bell Canada, when I ask him what he wants, he says nothing, only to call me back over and over.
Wish I would know how to stop this scumbag.
