Keeps calling doesn't answer when you say hello just hangs up.

These scammers told me that they were calling from Direct TV to collect a past due amount from my Mom. Total lie. I told the guy that we were not past due, and they must have the wrong party,. He proceeded to tell me the name on the account (my mom) and by the way these calls come in and they hang before you can pick up the phone. There are total idiots.! I told the guy not to call again, as he was disturbing my mother 83 yr old mother by calling either very late or early. I am reporting this call and phone number to the proper authorities. I would think that our Goverment could do something about these clowns,..
