Rec'd call on my CELL PHONE. Tried to answer, but may have been too late. I called back and get message, "Please enjoy this Verizon ringtone while your party is reached." (This was classical music.) After a bit asked to leave a message. I did this couple times with same results. I did leave a message 1st time saying late answering call and to please call again. Just gave my cell number and no other ID. Haven't heard back to date. Unsure what kind of call it was. Wrong number?? Spoofed number? Won't block for now. CID showed phone # and "Washington."
