Automated recording stated they are Cardmember Services calling about your current credit card account and this is the final notice before they close you account. Also states that they have sent many notices about your credit card account. The recording makes it sound like it is your credit card company calling about your credit card, but it is a debt consolidation company. You have to press 1 to speak to a live person. I have pressed1 and asked numerous times to be removed from their list, and I am usually told that they will remove me. This last call, after asking to be removed from thier list, the agent said "Oh, shut up" before hanging up on me.
