I'm all all do not call registries as well. And still I get 10-20 worthless time consuming phone calls. I have a home office and these phone calls constantly pour in which I cannot pick up and if you hang up on them they will just call back. Totally wasting my time and therefore costing me money since they are blocking up my lines...WITH CRAP

Worse company to deal with. They call from a lot of different numbers. They have other companies to do their business for them. You think your dealing the one company but your not its this company call Monitronics any they raise your bill in a few months and don't let you know tell it comes out of your checking account. Would like for them to stop calling.

They called my home at 2:33 AM. What Legit and Legal
Company does this? I've never heard such a thing,,,

I wrote a letter (AS DIRECTED) to cancel my services. They admit to receiving the letter but are now stating I was on a contract for an additional year. I advised them to pull the call and see where their agent failed to advise me I was still on a contract. They are calling me several times a day and from different numbers. I have advised them to stop calling me and the calls continue. Worse company to cancel services. They are harassing me. I have spoken to a supervisor, asked another supervisor to call (which they never did). All I asked was to pull the call. ...Can I say class action law suit? I paid you in full!

I got a new credit card and they needed me to authorize the previous month charge. That is all.

I have been flooded with phone calls from this same phone number. They asked for the Owner or Accounts Payable regarding our Vendi Security Monitoring Service. When I tried calling back they wanted the addresses to each of our offices. Couldn't get any answers out of them why they have been calling!

Just called my home, I pretended to have an accent. Lady started to say something, then she hung up on me. I am on do not call list, will report

Was told to call back and talk to a Lee Johnson. When I called back they not only could not find my name but said Lee Johnson was not available and they could help me. Sure but you don't know who I am!!!!!!!!

My account is also canceled but they continue to call -always "out of area" or tell you to "call this 800 number in the next 48 hours". If you do call them they continue to pass the call along to someone else. Their web site is covered with complaints sent to Better Business Bureau.

Canceled my account as well , they continue to call at all hours of the day and night. Extremely rude!

Cancelled my account but, they won't stop calling me

Called 2 days ago, did not leave a message. I called back and got an automated recording saying 'call volumes are high, please stay on line for an agent', recording repeats itself every 2 or 3 seconds. I hung up.

Get calls several times a day for at least 6 weeks now but do not answer. They never leave a message. Will report as I am on the no call list.

Calling my place of business a few times, but does not leave a message, can hear several voices in the background.

Received several calls from this number. Do not have an account at Monitronics. When I called back to ask they stop calling they hung-up.
