Rec'd call on my cell phone this afternoon. I didn't answer and no voicemail message was left. I called back later in day to check on who called, and got Verizon recording: "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number. . . ." Therefore a spoofed number and call from either an unscrupulous telemarketer or a fraudster. CID only showed phone number and "Washington."
