Rec'd call on my CELL PHONE this noontime, which I wasn't able to answer. No voicemail message was left. I called the number back later and got Verizon recorded message: Your call cannot be completed as dialed. . . . Therefore a spoofed phone # used by unscrupulous telemarketer or fraudster. CID only showed phone # and "Washington."
