Rec'd call on my CELL PHONE about noon today. I didn't answer and no voicemail message was left. I called back later in day and got Verizon recording: "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and call again." Therefore a nonexistent or nonfunctioning number and spoofed by caller. CID only showed phone # and "Washington."
