Rec'd call to my CELL PHONE this morning. I didn't answer and no voicemail was left. I later called back to check who had called, and got Verizon recording "Your call could not be completed as dialed. Please check the number. . . ." Another spoofed number call!! Lots lately, and no government enforcement with FTC & FCC not working due to Government shutdown. Lean towards a fraudster using spoofed numbers than a legit telemarketer. Besides, illegal to call cell phones using robocalls/autodialers. CID of course only showed phone # and "Washington."
